Bathroom Renovations
About Project
This project involved the complete renovation of three outdated bathrooms in a Brisbane investment property preparing for sale.
The original bathrooms featured dated finishes, enclosed shower frames and heavy visual elements that made the spaces feel smaller and less appealing to modern buyers. Our goal was to modernise the home with a clean, timeless design while maintaining practical value for a resale-focused renovation.
To create a brighter and more spacious feel, we introduced large-format neutral tiles, frameless walk-in showers, floating vanities and brushed gold fixtures throughout all three bathrooms. One bathroom was fully reconfigured to incorporate a freestanding bathtub and a more open shower layout, significantly improving both functionality and visual appeal.
The entire renovation, including demolition, waterproofing, tiling, custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and final finishes, was completed within 6 weeks.
This project demonstrates how strategic bathroom renovations can dramatically enhance the presentation and market appeal of an investment property before listing.
